1. Conclusion of the Contract / Delivery

1.1 The online order is placed by clicking the "Buy Now" button and constitutes an offer to CNC-Multitool Sales to conclude a purchase contract. The buyer receives an email from CNC-Multitool Sales confirming receipt of the order and detailing its particulars (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the buyer's offer. The buyer is bound by their order if they do not revoke it within 14 days. If the buyer does not revoke and CNC-Multitool Sales does not reject the order within two weeks from the order date, this contract is concluded by acceptance from CNC-Multitool Sales. Acceptance is made by delivering the ordered goods.

1.2 CNC-Multitool Sales sells exclusively to commercial customers. The buyer is not permitted to resell the goods commercially unless expressly agreed upon in writing with CNC-Multitool Sales.

1.3 Products from CNC-Multitool Sales are constantly being developed and improved. Changes are therefore possible, as far as reasonable for the buyer.

1.4 The prices valid at the time of the order apply. These are net prices plus the statutory value-added tax.

1.5 Shipping and packaging costs (abbreviated: shipping costs) are borne by the buyer.

1.6 Delivery is generally only made to the shipping address, which is also the billing address. If a different delivery address is desired, the buyer can contact either the company of CNC-Multitool Sales or the partner of CNC-Multitool Sales at any time.

1.7 The conclusion of the contract takes place exclusively in German and/or English.

1.7.1 German law applies.

1.7.2 The place of performance for all services from the existing business relationship with CNC-Multitool Sales as well as the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of CNC-Multitool Sales, provided that the customer is not a consumer but a merchant or legal entity under public law. The same applies if the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the place of residence or habitual abode at the time the action is brought is not known. The right to also appeal to the court at another statutory place of jurisdiction remains unaffected.

1.7.3 The provisions of the UN Sales Convention do not apply.

2. Payment

2.1 CNC-Multitool Sales remains the owner of the delivered goods until full payment has been made.

2.2 CNC-Multitool Sales offers various payment methods. The buyer can choose to pay by invoice, credit card, or PayPal or PayPal Express.

2.2.1 In the event of a failed credit card booking due to the buyer's fault, CNC-Multitool Sales will charge a processing fee of €25 for the additional effort caused if a booking is made with the same or another credit card or another payment method. The buyer is free to prove that no or significantly lower costs have been incurred.

2.3 If unpaid goods are seized, the buyer must inform CNC-Multitool Sales immediately in writing. The seizure protocol must be attached to the notification.

2.4 If the buyer does not pay on time, a fee of €1.50 will be charged for each reminder in the event of default. The buyer expressly retains the right to prove that no or significantly lower damages have occurred.

2.5 As long as goods delivered by CNC-Multitool Sales are not paid for, the buyer must immediately notify CNC-Multitool Sales of any changes to their address or name. If the buyer fails to do so and CNC-Multitool Sales is forced to determine the changes, CNC-Multitool Sales may require the buyer to reimburse the resulting costs.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers have the opportunity to use this platform to settle their disputes.

Notice pursuant to § 36 VSBG
We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
