Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We have many years of experience in the export field and are happy to assist you with any questions. The freight costs specified in the shopping cart refer exclusively to delivery within the specified countries. If your country is not included, simply contact us via Contact Form or Email. In order to calculate your shipping costs, we need your complete delivery address and your desired products. We will then send you your individually cheapest shipping and freight costs by email.

How much are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs vary depending on the delivery quantity, delivery location, and delivery method and will be displayed directly in the shopping cart before completion of purchase. If the costs cannot be calculated in the online shop, simply ask us directly via Contact Form or Email.

What delivery methods are available?

Depending on the size of your order, we will ship with the most individually favorable shipping and freight costs for you. We offer the following delivery methods:

How long does delivery take?

The delivery times are displayed for each respective item. There is no partial delivery: If items of an order have different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies to the entire order. If you explicitly wish a partial delivery, please contact us via Contact Form or Email. We are happy to assist you.

Which delivery service is used?

For parcel delivery, you will usually be served by DHL, DPD, UPS, or GLS.

For freight orders, you will be served – depending on the delivery area and quantity – by our long-standing freight partners such as SCHENKER or Cargoboard.
