Operating a CakePortioner device is incredibly easy:
1 - Choose the product plate
Depending on the size of your cake or dessert, you can choose between different product plates from 150 to 305mm (6" to 12").
2 - Place your cake
Place your cake in the center of the product plate.
3 - Choose the number of portions
The portioning switch allows you to select the number of pieces per cake. You can change this before each new cut by switching the switch from 2 to up to 20 pieces.
4 - Press the start button
Press the start button and CakePortioner will start cutting your cake. The ultra-thin cutting wire cuts your soft cake into perfectly uniform cake pieces in approximately 60 seconds.
